Intensive training leading to highest proficiency of Military Police units
Intensive training of individuals and units is conducted throughout the year in the Army Military Police battalions in order to maintain and improve individual and collective competence in performing military police and general security tasks in the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces.

In this phase, in accordance with the training programme, members of one of the Military Police units conducted command post and tactical exercises at the ‘Borovac’ Military Complex.
The multi-day exercise activities were intended to check the unit’s skills in performing the tasks in the Serbian Armed Forces’ operations, improve the ability to command and perfect the actions while applying the procedures of the Military Police tactical units while controlling the territory.

The military policemen dealt with tactical scenarios efficiently and completed the assigned tasks using combat vehicles, military working dogs, modern telecommunication and IT systems and remotely piloted aircraft during the operation.
The focus was on applying the tactics and procedures and coordinating forces when securing the command post, controlling mass gatherings, searching the terrain and blocking the territory while neutralising the emerging threats.

The Military Police units are equipped with modern assets and weapons of domestic and foreign production, which, along with persistent training, ensures the required ability to fulfill effectively the jobs and tasks stipulated by law, other regulations and commanders’ orders in all three missions of the Serbian Armed Forces.
