4th Army Brigade units undergo combat training
The artillery, armoured and infantry units of the 4th Army Brigade have successfully completed their field training, which lasted for several days at the Pasuljanske Livade Training Area and was conducted as part of their intensive training.
During the training in real-world conditions, professional brigade members practised tactical procedures and the combat use of principal weapons, while their tactical and firearms skills necessary for the execution of tasks during SAF operations were evaluated.Tactical and live fire drills were the key segment of training, and the personnel’s effectiveness in carrying out tactical actions and their accuracy of fire, both during the day and night, confirm the proficiency of the 4th Army Brigade soldiers, NCOs and officers.
While the units were training in the field, newly recruited soldiers and young leaders who perform entry-level roles in their units were doing additional training in order to prepare systematically for the most demanding tasks.The successful completion of field training has improved the soldiers’ and officers’ tactical and firearms skills, as well as the overall readiness of these units for the execution of tasks relating to the first mission of the Serbian Armed Forces.
