Slovak PM Robert Fico’s visit to Serbia
The Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic, Robert Fico, is on an official visit to the Republic of Serbia.
Slovak PM Robert Fico has met with the President of the Republic and Supreme Commander of the Serbian Armed Forces, Aleksandar Vučić. After the tête-à-tête, the Serbian and Slovak delegations held a plenary session, chaired by President Vučić and Slovak Prime Minister Fico.
Earlier today, Serbian Prime Minister Miloš Vučević greeted PM Fico outside the Palace of Serbia in a welcoming ceremony with military honours. The Prime Minister of Serbia had a meeting with his Slovak counterpart, and then the representatives of the two countries’ governments held a meeting.
On the sidelines of the Slovak Prime Minister’s official visit to Serbia, Minister of Defence Bratislav Gašić met today with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of Slovakia, Robert Kaliňák.
During the meeting, the two ministers expressed their satisfaction at the opportunity to meet again in such a short time and discuss defence cooperation.
Minister Gašić attended the plenary session between the Serbian and Slovak delegations and the welcoming ceremony outside the Palace of Serbia.
