Serbian military team wins the 14th "CISM Futsal Cup for Peace"
The team of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces is the winner of the 14th “CISM Futsal Cup for Peace”, which was held in Novo Mesto in the Republic of Slovenia.
The tournament hosted by the delegation of the Republic of Slovenia to the International Council for Military Sports (CISM) was attended, apart from the Serbian team, by the armed forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro and the host - Slovenia.In the last match for the title of champion of the tournament was played between the teams of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, and after an extremely exciting match, the Serbian national team won the first place with a score of 2:1.
The silver medal went to the team from Bosnia and Herzegovina, while the national team of Montenegro won the bronze, Slovenia took fourth place, and the team from North Macedonia finished the tournament in fifth place.
