President Vučić and King Mswati III inspect the display of a part of arms and military equipment



President of the Republic and Commander-in-Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces, Aleksandar Vučić, has inspected today with His Majesty King Mswati III of the Kingdom of Eswatini the display of a part of arms and military equipment at the Military Technical Institute.

The display of assets from the domestic defence industry was attended by the Minister of Defence Bratislav Gašić and the Chief of the General Staff of the Serbian Armed Forces, General Milan Mojsilović.
 
President Vučić pointed out that he was proud to show His Majesty the latest achievements of the Serbian military industry, as well as some of the research projects that are currently being implemented at the Military Technical Institute.

- We discussed further steps to make the cooperation more concrete, with a focus on innovations and projects that could contribute to strengthening the capacity of the armed forces of both countries, which would further strengthen our relations and mutual confidence.
 
I am grateful to the distinguished guest for the interest he showed being convinced that we will achieve good military-technological cooperation to our mutual benefit – President Vučić wrote on his Instagram account.

During the visit, Assistant Minister of Defence for Material Resources Dr Nenad Miloradović presented the displayed arms and military equipment from the domestic development programme which are produced for the Serbian Armed Forces.
 
They include armoured fighting vehicles Lazar-3, Miloš, MRAP, modernised infantry fighting vehicles AB1/2, hybrid anti-aircraft artillery-missile system.

Small arms, Pegasus UAVs, Vrabac (Sparrow) drones, suicide drones, telecommunications equipment, modular OGANJ, 122 and 155 mm self-propelled howitzers, the ALAS missile system, as well as the remotely controlled unmanned platform Mali Miloš, different types of ammunition and other assets were also displayed.
