Meeting between President Vučić, Slovak Defence Minister Kaliňák



The President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, has met with the Minister of Defence of the Slovak Republic, Robert Kaliňák.
  Minister of Defence Bratislav Gašić and Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff Gen. Milan Mojsilović were in attendance at the meeting.
 
President Vučić and Minister Kaliňák discussed strengthening bilateral security and defence cooperation.
  - We have agreed that joint military exercises and information exchange need improvement, and the topic of our meeting was regional stability and potential joint projects that would contribute to strengthening regional security.
 
I have expressed my profound gratitude to Slovakia for its consistent position regarding the issue of Kosovo and Metohija and for respecting the principles of international law.
  I have emphasized that EU membership is Serbia's top foreign policy priority and thanked Slovakia for the strong support it provides us on that path - President Vučić wrote in his Instagram post.
