In his speech, General Mojsilović pointed out that over the past year, a considerable step forward had been made in building the capabilities of the Serbian Armed Forces and expressed his belief that we would continue to strengthen and develop in all segments at an accelerated pace, relying on our own forces and the strong support of the state leadership.

- Today, the Serbian Armed Forces are specifically organized, trained and equipped to successfully address modern security risks and threats when carrying out their combat and noncombat missions, which are determined by the Defence Strategy and the military doctrine - said General Mojsilović.
During the event, the chief of the General Staff presented awards and commendations to the service members who had substantially contributed to the enhancement of the operational and functional capabilities of the Serbian Armed Forces over the past year.
