State Secretary Starović meets with French ambassador Cochard
Today, State Secretary at the Ministry of Defence Nemanja Starović met with the Ambassador of France to Serbia, H.E. Pierre Cochard, with whom he discussed bilateral defence cooperation.
State Secretary Starović highlighted the determination of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Serbia to continue a high-level dialogue in the period ahead, which would further facilitate the development of bilateral relations between Serbia and France.He said that a considerable number of activities had been carried out in the previous year and expressed hope that in the coming period, defence cooperation would continue to improve in accordance with mutual interests.
Ambassador Cochard agreed that the defence cooperation between the two countries should be strengthened and emphasized the determination of the French side to improve bilateral relations in the future as well.
