New Year’s gifts for children in health care institutions
Members of the Special Purpose MP Detachment "Kobre” have organized a gift-giving event again this year, for children who will spend the upcoming holiday season in health care and social welfare institutions, away from their families.
This campaign has been organized on voluntary basis by the unit members since 2009, and this year, more than 200 New Year’s packages have been distributed to the children at the Mother and Child Institute, University Children’s Clinic in Tiršova Street, Centre for the Protection of Infants, Children and Youth in Zvečanska Street and the Rehabilitation Clinic “Dr Miroslav Zotović”. The children had the opportunity to spent some time and have photos taken with members of this elite SAF unit, who gave the children gifts and wished them a happy New Year 2024 filled with health, laughter and play.
