Multinational Advisory Group (MAG) meeting
The 50th meeting of the Multinational Advisory Group (MAG), the steering committee to the Centre for Security Cooperation – RACVIAC, has been held in Zagreb. The meeting was chaired by Colonel Nebojša Svjetlica, Head of the International Military Cooperation Department of the Defence Policy Sector.
The meeting discussed topics that are relevant to the functioning of RACVIAC, such as the RACVIAC Director’s Annual Report for 2023, the implementation of the Activity and Budget Plan 2024, regular personnel rotation and ways to fill vacant positions at the RACVIAC.
Since the chairmanship of the Multinational Advisory Group rotates every 12 months, Serbia handed over the chairmanship to the Republic of Türkiye at this meeting.
The meeting was attended by representatives of RACVIAC members and associate members.
Members of RACVIAC are Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, Romania, North Macedonia, Türkiye, Croatia, Montenegro and Serbia.
The Multinational Advisory Group (MAG) has been under the chairmanship of the Republic of Serbia twice, in 2006 and 2014.
