Meeting between ministers Vučević and Karan in Banja Luka
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Miloš Vučević met with Republika Srpska’s Minister of the Interior, Siniša Karan, in Banja Luka today. Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff, General Milan Mojsilović, attended the meeting.
During the meeting, they discussed cooperation in the fields of defence and internal affairs and it was concluded that cooperation is carried out successfully in the direction of mutual interest.
A part of the meeting was dedicated to cooperation in the matters of education, considering the fact that based on the agreement on education cooperation concluded with the Ministry of the Interior of Republika Srpska, cadets of Republika Srpska’s Police Academy receive education at Belgrade’s Defence University.
At today’s meeting, ministers Vučević and Karan discussed the current political and security situation in the region and the world.
The meeting was also attended by Assistant Minister for Material Resources Nenad Miloradović, PhD, and the heads of private offices of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, Žarko Mićin and Brigadier General Goran Momčilović.
