Delegation from China’s National Defence University visits General Staff
A delegation from the People’s Liberation Army National Defence University of China, who are paying a visit to the Defence University in Belgrade, paid a call to the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff today.
During the visit, the Chinese delegation, composed of the Chinese National Defence University’s most prominent officers and students attending the Strategic Command Course, which prepares them for the highest roles in the defence system of the People’s Republic of China, was briefed about the organization, missions, tasks and some of the capabilities of the Serbian Armed Forces.
The Chinese delegation led by Deputy Commissioner of the National Defence University, Major General He Xingbo, and the highest-ranking course participants, were received by Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff, General Milan Mojsilović. He wished the guests a warm welcome and pleasant stay in the Republic of Serbia, expressing his belief that this visit would contribute to the further development of bilateral defence cooperation and overall relations between the two countries, based on mutual respect, understanding and traditional friendship.
The delegation from the National Defence University continued their visit paying a call to the 250th Air Defence Missile Brigade’s battalion armed with the FK-3 missile system.
