Minister Vučević lays wreath in memory of fallen hero of Paštrik Boško Lemić
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Miloš Vučević laid a wreath today at the Lešće Cemetery, on the grave of Lieutenant Colonel Boško Lemić, a hero who died in the Battle of Paštrik in 1999.
During the wreath-laying ceremony, Minister Vučević was accompanied by brigadier generals Milan Popović and Jovica Matić.Wreaths were also laid by the members of LTC Lemić’s family, delegation of the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs and representatives of the Association of the Heroic 549th Motorized Brigade “Emperor Dušan the Mighty”.
Lieutenant Colonel Boško Lemić was head of the Air Defence Artillery-Missile Unit of the 549th Motorized Brigade. He was killed in a NATO airstrike in Šeh Mahala in 1999.
