March 2023 Class undergoes evaluation
Soldiers whose voluntary military service started in March 2023 have undergone individual skills assessment at the SAF Basic Training Centres in Sombor, Valjevo and Leskovac.
Over the past six weeks, they have received theoretical and practical training in handling different types of infantry weapons, they have mastered basic tactics for soldiers in battle, performed all scheduled firing practices and passed their physical fitness test. On the first day of the final individual skills exam, soldiers solved tactical problems, and on the second day they demonstrated their skills, aptitude and knowledge of the use of materiel, close-order drills and SAF Service Regulations.
This is another class to have achieved very good and excellent results, showing that they are ready for the next training phase which begins after their transfer to the Specialist Training Centres where they will receive their branch / service-specific training, and then be assigned to SAF units until the end of their military service.
