Infantry and armoured units’ combined training
The 1st Army Brigade infantry and armoured units have conducted combined collective training in carrying out combat actions during offensive and defensive operations.
During this special training segment, professional infantry and armoured personnel learned how to perform assigned tasks in cooperation, so as to ensure the efficient employment of forces on operations and improve the Brigade’s overall combat readiness.The emphasis was on jointly practicing tactical actions and procedures on the battlefield, using tanks, so that soldiers and officers could meet the collective training standards and prepare for joint tactical exercises and live firing awaiting them in the forthcoming period.
Combined training and joint drills are an important training segment in the Serbian Armed Forces since they improve the ability of commands to plan operations and command the forces, but also the ability of units to perform combat actions, independently or in cooperation with other components.
