Meeting between Minister Stefanović and Turkish Ambassador
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Nebojša Stefanović, PhD, has met today with the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Serbia, H.E. Hami Aksoy, with whom he discussed the continuation of defence cooperation between the two countries.
Minister Stefanović expressed his expectation that the cooperation would be improved in the mutual interest, particularly in the military-economic and military-technical segments.
Ambassador Aksoy thanked the Minister for the opportunity to discuss the improvement of cooperation and confirmed Turkey’s determination to intensify it, emphasizing that the overall bilateral relations between the two countries were good, which was the basis for further development of defence cooperation.
