International course in CBRN protection

An international course in CBRN protection is underway at the CBRN Centre in Kruševac, which is attended by members of the Serbian Armed Forces and members of the armed forces from six other countries.
During the five-day course, course participants from Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Italy, Cyprus, Hungary, Montenegro and Serbia will expand their knowledge in this field and learn to use the equipment for the protection against the effects of CBRN weapons and the decontamination of people.

In addition to theoretical instruction, the training programme also includes practical training at the "Ravnjak" range and in the "Car Lazar" barracks, where the participants will practice using modern protective military equipment and instruments for measuring the protective performance of clothing and equipment against the effects of this type of weapons.
This international course further improves the status of the Serbian Armed Forces CBRN Centre as a regional and partner education and training centre and contributes to strengthening regional cooperation and overall bilateral relations with partner countries.
