Minister Stefanović visits Intelligence Training Centre



On the occasion of March 5 – Military Intelligence Agency Day, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, Nebojša Stefanović, PhD, visited the Intelligence Training Centre today.  During his visit, Minister Stefanović was informed about the Centre’s history, organizational structure, capabilities, responsibilities and tasks.

The Minister of Defence was also briefed about the current regional and global political and security situation, with an emphasis on Ukraine and Kosovo and Metohija.

In his conversation with members of the Military Intelligence Agency, Stefanović expressed his expectation that they would continue putting all their energies into protecting the interests of Serbia in these complex times. He also expressed satisfaction with the work of the Intelligence Training Centre, emphasizing that it is important for the Agency to continue to invest in education and constant training of its members.  The director of the Military Intelligence Agency, Major General Zoran Stojković, presented Minister Stefanović with a plaque as a sign of gratitude for his constant support for the work of the Military Intelligence Agency.
