Defence Ministers' Conference in “Graz Format” opened



Last night in Krems, Austria, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Nebojša Stefanović, PhD, attended the opening ceremony of the Conference of Ministers Defence in the “Graz format”, which brings together the Republic of Austria and the Western Balkan countries.
  The “Graz format” is a regional initiative of the Austrian Ministry of Defence, whose members are Austria and five Western Balkan countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia).

The host of the Conference, the Austrian Minister of Defence Klaudia Tanner, greeted the participants at Göttweig Abbey complex last night, wishing them a warm welcome.
  Earlier that day, Minister Stefanović had a bilateral meeting with Minister Tanner, and the two ministers signed an Agreement on Military Cooperation between the Serbian and Austrian governments, which they assessed as an additional incentive for cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
