Meeting between Minister Stefanović and Ambassador of Jordan Sweidat
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, Nebojša Stefanović, PhD, met today with the newly appointed non-resident Ambassador of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, H.E. Ahed Sweidat.
Minister Stefanović and Ambassador Sweidat talked about establishing defence cooperation and improving overall relations between the two countries.During the meeting, the Minister of Defence pointed out that the Republic of Serbia continues to pursue a balanced defence policy and constantly works on the development of relations with all states and international organizations, in keeping with its long-term strategic commitment to military neutrality.
Ambassador Sweidat expressed belief that Serbia and Jordan will establish defence cooperation in the coming period, especially in the fields of military education and military health.
