Meeting of Minister Stefanović with Delegation of French Directorate General for Armaments
Today, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Nebojša Stefanović PhD met Lieutenant General Thierry Carlier, Director for International Development of the French Directorate General for Armaments (DGA).
At the meeting, the interlocutors analysed the activities of military economic cooperation conducted so far, which were evaluated as successful and comprehensive, and they pointed out that the cooperation would be further enhanced in the period to come.
They also gave consideration to new strategic projects for cooperation, that would significantly improve operational capabilities of the Serbian Armed Forces, thus enhancing the interoperability of the Serbian Armed Forces that would be achieved through the procurement of arms and military equipment of high technological level that make the equipment of leading EU armed forces.
