Minister Stefanović meets with Ambassador of China Chen Bo
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Nebojša Stefanović, PhD, met today with the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Serbia Chen Bo.
Minister Stefanović expressed satisfaction with the Chinese Defence Minister Wei Fenghe’s first official visit to Serbia in late March this year, the results of which would significantly contribute to the promotion of defence cooperation between the two countries.Ambassador Chen Bo confirmed China's readiness to strengthen cooperation with Serbia in all areas including defence. She also emphasized the importance of Minister Fenghe's visit and thanked Minister Stefanović for the hospitality Serbia had extended to him during his visit.
At the end of the meeting, Minister Stefanović once again thanked China for providing valuable assistance to the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces and our country.
