Minister Stefanović has lunch with cadets
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Nebojša Stefanović, PhD, surprised Military Academy cadets today when he joined them for lunch in the “General Jovan Mišković“ barracks’ mess hall. Stefanović wanted to hear from cadets themselves whether they were satisfied with the food, but also with available uniforms, boots and other equipment.
Minister Stefanović rated the food at the Military Academy highly, and while enjoying the meal, he also took the opportunity to talk to the cadets about what they thought should be improved in terms of their schooling, and shared with them his impressions about serving in the military.
Let us remind you, the competition for enrolment in military schools ends today. This year, there are 210 cadet places at the Military Academy and 40 at the Military Medical Academy’s Medical Faculty, as well as 90 student places at the Military Grammar School and 60 at the Secondary Vocational Military School. Military schools offer numerous advantages, from free accommodation and food to guaranteed employment upon graduation.
