Agreement on cooperation between Ministry of Defence and Provincial Institute for Sports and Sports Medicine of Vojvodina
State Secretary at the Ministry of Defence, Aleksandar Živković, and the Director of the Provincial Institute for Sports and Sports Medicine of Vojvodina, Dr. Danijel Župić, signed an Agreement today on cooperation between the Ministry of Defence and the Provincial Institute for Sports and Sports Medicine of Vojvodina.
The goal of the Agreement is to ensure cooperation in the field of sports by forming a partnership and establishing a framework for potential cooperation that would contribute to connecting sports activities and organizing sports competitions and events jointly.Also, the cooperation would include providing support to the Delegation of the Republic of Serbia to CISM in carrying out activities and in the preparation of Serbian military sports teams for competitions organized by the International Military Sports Council (CISM).
Taking into account the activity of the Institute and the fact that it is an important factor in the sports system, as well as the fact that sports in the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces is part of the Serbian sports system, cooperation would significantly contribute to the general development and improvement of sports and its affirmation on domestic and international levels.
The Provincial Institute for Sports and Sports Medicine is at the disposal of athletes and employees of the armed forces involved in sports and as an honest and good partner it will effectively improve the quality of sports in the Ministry of Defence of the Republic Serbia.
