Minister Vulin visited the members of the armed forces at “Nikola Tesla” Airport
The Minister of Defence Aleksandar Vulin visited today the members of the Special Brigade’s Counter-Terrorist Battalion engaged at “Nikola Tesla” Airport in Belgrade.
The Minister of Defence made sure that the Serbian Armed Forces are consistently carrying out the tasks arising from the decision of the President of the Republic and the Supreme Commander of the Serbian Armed Forces, Aleksandar Vučić to declare a state of emergency.
The members of the Serbian Armed Forces are engaged in guarding and controlling the public facilities in the territory of the Republic of Serbia, the hospitals where the potentially infected by the coronavirus are being monitored and the sick are being treated, as well as border crossings, in order to assist the competent state authorities.Soldiers will be engaged in the locations where there is an estimated increase in the movement of people, such as bus and train stations, airports, post-offices and other places.
