Minister Vulin invited for an official visit to Belarus Armed Forces
Minister of Defense Aleksandar Vulin met today in Belgrade with the Head of International Military Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Belarus and Assistant to the Defence Minister for Foreign Military Policy, Major General Oleg Voinov.
The meeting focused on enhancing bilateral defense co-operation.
At the beginning of the meeting, Minister Vulin was presented with an invitation for an official bilateral visit to Belarus next year, which is a special honor as the visit will take place to mark the 102nd anniversary of the establishment of the Armed Forces of Belarus.
The Minister of Defense emphasized that the bilateral relations between the two countries are characterized by traditional friendship, which is especially contributed to by the excellent relations between the Presidents and Supreme Commanders of the Serbian Armed Forces and the Armed Forces of Belarus, Aleksandar Vučić and Alexander Lukashenko and that the military-military relations of Serbia and Belarus have never been at a higher level.
General Voinov expressed satisfaction with the cooperation in the field of defense, which, in his words, is constantly on the rise and stressed that its quantitative and qualitative progress is obvious.
