Visit of the delegation of the Religious Service of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation
Representatives of the Religious Service of the Armed Forces of Serbia met at the Military Medical Academy with representatives of the Religious Service of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation led by the Head of the Directorate for Cooperation with Religious Communities of the Main Military-Political Administration of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Surovcev Alexandr Ivanovich.
During the meeting chaired by the Head of the Religious Services of the Human Resources Department of the General Staff of the Serbian Armed Forces, Colonel Saša Milutinović, PhD, representatives of the two Armed Forces discussed the organization, capacity and activities of religious services and the promotion of cooperation in the field of religious services.Delegations of the Religious Services of the Serbian Armed Forces and the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation visited the St. Luke’s Chapel of Archbishop of Simferopol and Crimea and a prayer space provided for the members of the Islamic Religion at the Military Medical Academy, as well as a memorial dedicated to the breakthrough of the Srem Front in Šid and the Monastery of Privina Glava at Fruška Gora.
