Vice-Chairman of the Chinese Central Military Commission lays a wreath at the Monument to the Unknown Hero on Avala




 
Vice-chairman of the Central Military Commission, General Zhang Youxia, who leads the highest-level military delegation of the People's Republic of China, laid a wreath at the Monument to the Unknown Hero at Avala with military honours.
 
The wreath-laying ceremony was attended by minister of defence Aleksandar Vulin, assistant minister for defence policy Milan Ranković, commander of the Guard of the Serbian Armed Forces, Major General Milomir Todorović, head of Department for Defence Technologies Major General Mladen Vuruna, PhD, as well as members of the delegation of the Central Military Commission of the People's Republic China.
 
After laying wreath, General Youxia wrote down in the memorial book the following text: “The noble spirit of an unknown hero will last forever.”
 
The highest-level military delegation of the Central Military Commission of the People's Republic of China, led by vice-chairman General Zhang Youxia, is on a multi-day visit to the Republic of Serbia.
