Military athletes the most successful at the 25th Novi Sad half-marathon
Members of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces participated in the 25th Novi Sad half-marathon, in competition with more than 1000 competitors from 24 countries, and achieved great success.
The 21.1 kilometers long trace of the half-marathon race in individual men's and women's competitions stretched from the Novi Sad Square of Liberty, on the boulevards along the Danube and on Novi Sad streets and boulevards. With the support of the spectators, the first who passed through the goal, in the men's competition, in this most demanding discipline, with time 1:14:50, was Private First Class Miroslav Marković from the Training Command. In the women's competition, he was followed by civilian Ksenija Bubnjević, a member of the Military Academy team, who also won the first place.

In the women's competition of this marathon race, Natasa Ćulafić from the composition of the Guard was the best with a score of 37:56 and she climbed to the winner's stand. Brigadier General Željko Petrović, Commander of the First Army Brigade, ran the quarter marathon race along with his marathon runners.
This year's 25th Novi Sad half-marathon included 97 contestants from the Serbian Armed Forces and the Military Academy.
