Serbian peacekeepers in Congo are safe
On the occasion of the attack on members of the United Nations Peacekeeping Mission in Congo, we are informing the public that all eight members of the Serbian Armed Forces engaged in the MONUSCO mission in Congo are well, safe and that they normally perform their duties.
The attack occurred at the border of DR Congo and Uganda, in the east of the country, far from the place where our members are performing their duties.
The General Staff of the Serbian Armed Forces is constantly in touch with our peacekeepers and follows the development of the situation on the ground.
