Defence Minister with NATO Deputy Secretary General
Defence Minister Zoran Đorđević welcomed today at the Nikola Tesla Airport, NATO Deputy Secretary General Rose Gottemoeller, who will attend the reception on the occasion of the inauguration ceremony of the President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić.
It was an opportunity for a meeting to discuss cooperation between the Republic of Serbia and NATO within the Partnership for Peace Programme. They particularly pointed out importance of participation of members of the Serbian Armed Forces in exercises under the auspices of Partnership for Peace.Defence Minister and NATO Deputy Secretary General exchanged views on the current security situation in the region.
