Signing the Agreement on the Transfer of the Rights of Establishment and Obligations of the Aviation Museum
Today, the Great War Hall of the Old General Staff was the venue of the official signing of the Agreement on the Transfer of the Rights of Establishment and Obligations of the Aviation Museum – Belgrade to the Republic of Serbia.
On behalf of the Government, the Agreement was signed by the Minister of Defence, Zoran Đorđević with the authorised representatives of the registered founders of then Museum of Yugoslav Aviation, which is known today as the Aviation Museum Belgrade. These were the representatives of company “Air Serbia”, Airport Nikola Tesla l.c., ltd. “Utva – Airindustry Pančevo”, “Prva petoletka” of Trstenik defence industry lc, “Teleoptik- gyroscope” ltd. Yemun, “Kluz parachutes”, Society for Air Traffic Services “Aviogeneks” ltd, and Aviation Association of Serbia.
The ceremonial signing was also attended by the State Secretary in the Ministry of Defence, Nenad Nerić, Acting Assistant Minister of Defence for Human Resources, Miloš Janković as well as the representatives of the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces.
