Minister Djordjevic congratulates on the Legal Service Day



I extend to all members of the legal services my sincere congratulations on the occasion of 10 May – the Legal Service Day

Continuing a tradition of more than a century and a half, when the Military Court Code was passed Serbia, which regulated organization and procedure of military courts in ordinary and extraordinary situations, the past year was marked by the implementation of the provisions of the adopted laws and bylaws and acts for their implementation. Thanks to the professional attitude of members of the legal service towards the assigned tasks and responsibilities, I expect the following period to be marked by the adoption of regulations and acts, which would allow normative regulation and defining of a number of areas both in the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces.

I am sure that you will continue to achieve successful results. I congratulate you on holiday, with the desire to further improve the legal service, so that we can achieve homogenization of our legislation with the European legislation and successfully apply it in practice.
