Analysis of the Serbian Armed Forces
The regular annual analysis of operational and functional capabilities of the Serbian Armed Forces in 2015 was carried out today in the House of Guard in Topcider.
The analysis was attended by Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic, National Assembly Speaker Maja Gojkovic, Defence Minister Zoran Djordjevic, the Serbian Armed Forces Chief of General Staff General Ljubisa Dikovic, and members of the collegiums of the Minister of Defence and the Chief of General Staff.
The analysis included a review of the Serbian Armed Forces work results in 2015, achievements in building operational and functional capabilities, capabilities of the Army, Air Force and Air Defence, Training Command and the Serbian Armed Forces as a whole – for the execution of the assigned missions, then elements of the operational and functional capabilities for 2015, and other issues affecting the maintening and development of capabilities of the Serbian Armed Forces. The tasks for maintaining and improving the capabilities of the Serbian Armed Forces in 2016 were also defined.
After the analysis, the participants saw display of weapons and military equipment, and they were also presented the latest headlines of the military publishing activities.
