Minister Rasim Ljajic in the School of National Defence
Students of command staff training, general staff training and of the School of National Defense today, welcomed the minister for foreign and domestic trade, telecommunications and information society Rasim Ljajic.The topic of today’s lecture was "Current aspects of foreign and domestic trade and telecommunications in the Republic of Serbia." Ljajic praised this model of teaching and the opportunity given to talk with the students of the School of National Defense.
He briefly introduced the current economic situation in our country and Serbia’s foreign trade with the world, then explained to the group the importance of the international economic and trade organizations in raising the level of the Serbian economy, while also mentioning the statistics of imports, exports and unemployment in our country. When it comes to the sector of telecommunications, Ljajic mentioned the investments in 2011 and 2012 and the percentage of the sector in the gross domestic product.
The minister at the end of his expose answered the questions posed by students of the training at the Military Academy. The Head of the School of National Defense Colonel Mile Jelic thanked Minister Ljajic for his time and the lecture he has given.
