Defence Inspectorate is an administrative authority at the Ministry of Defence that inspects the implementation of laws appertaining to and important for defence and the Serbian Armed Forces, regulations adopted pursuant to these laws, government bodies’, organizations’ and the Serbian Armed Forces’ plans and measures, and performs other activities prescribed by the Law on Defence, pursuant to the Law on Defence and other laws and regulations appertaining to inspection.
