Training for establishing and implementattion of the financial management and control system
With the members of the Minister of Defense’ staff tasked with establishing and developing a financial management system in the organizational units they run, a training in this field was held.
The said activity was realized in line with the Activity Plan for Implementation of the Financial Management and Control System which has been approved by the Minister himself. The training was run by Slobodan Gavrovic, Head of the Department for Internal Audit of the Sector-the Central Unit for Harmonization of the Ministry of Finance.
This ends the stage of training which was realized by this particular section of the Ministry of Finance as the bearer of establishing the system of financial management and control in the whole public sector.The ministry of defense is the first ministry where this kind of training was performed, as Slobodan Gravrovic said.
The realization of the said activity rounds up the first stage of the implementation of the financial management and control system in MoD which will together with the audit system represent a unique system of internal financial control in MoDF, the Implementation of which was defined by the Law on Budgetary System.
