Evacuation of people injured in North Macedonia fire continues
At the request of the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia, assistance and evacuation of those injured in the fire in Kočani continues today.
Another Serbian Armed Forces CASA C-295 medevac aircraft with four doctors and four nurses on board has flown to North Macedonia. It is planned that the plane will evacuate 12 patients. We remind you that last night, a Serbian Armed Forces aircraft transported 12 patients who were admitted to the Military Medical Academy and the Clinical Centre of Serbia.
Earlier today, an ambulance staffed by a medical team from the Niš Military Hospital was sent to North Macedonia to transport patients who will be admitted to the said hospital.
Six members of the Military Medical Academy - two surgeons, an anaesthesiologist, an anaesthesiologist assistant and two scrub nurses have remained in North Macedonia to provide medical assistance to the injured.
