To the order of the Special Anti-Corruption Department of the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade, authorized Military Police personnel are taking measures under their jurisdiction to discover and protect traces of criminal offences prosecuted ex officio against the following suspects: M.S., civilian employee of the Military Health Department, Ministry of Defence, M.S., a lieutenant colonel at the Military Medical Academy, and M.Š., the owner of the PTM Šabac company based in Šabac.

The aforementioned measures are being taken based on well-founded suspicion that the suspects have committed the following offences:

- M.S., civilian employee of the Military Health Department, Ministry of Defence, criminal offence of abuse of office specified in Article 359, paragraph 3 in combination with paragraph 1, and criminal offence of taking bribe specified in Article 368, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Serbia,

- M.S., a lieutenant colonel at the Military Medical Academy, criminal offence of abuse of office specified in Article 359, paragraph 3 in combination with paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Serbia,

- M.Š., the owner of the PTM Šabac company based in Šabac, criminal offence of abuse of a position of a responsible person specified in Article 227, paragraph 3 in combination with paragraph 1, criminal offence of abuse concerning public procurement specified in Article 228, paragraph 1, and giving bribe specified in Article 368, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic Serbia.
