To the order of the Special Anti-Corruption Department of the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade, authorised personnel of the Military Police are taking measures under their jurisdiction to discover and protect traces of a criminal offense prosecuted ex officio against the suspect, J.J.C., a civilian employee of the Military Medical Academy.

The aforementioned measures are being taken based on well-founded suspicion that the suspect has committed the continuing offence of “Abuse of Office” specified in Article 359, paragraph 3 in combination with paragraph 1, and in combination with Article 61 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Serbia.
