Individual Competency Assessment for Soldiers on Military Service
The individual competency assessment for soldiers of the September 2024 intake has been completed today at the specialist training centres of the Serbian Armed Forces.
The assessment was carried out after the second phase of the first training period, involving soldiers of the infantry, artillery, engineering and air defence artillery units, as well as those from CBRN, logistics, telecommunications and ASEWG services.During the two-day assessment, the soldiers, according to the specialties for which they were recruited, carried out tactical training tasks and demonstrated the acquired knowledge and skills in the use of weapons, combat assets and military equipment through practical actions and procedures.
The results have shown that they have successfully mastered all the training contents and that they are qualified to perform tactical actions on the battlefield, handle different arms and equipment and perform branch/service-specific tasks.
The soldiers of the September 2024 class are now supposed to be transferred to the Serbian Armed Forces units for collective training during the final three months of their military service.
