Operational Bodies Training Course



The Operations Directorate (J-3) of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff has organised the MOD and SAF Operational Bodies’ Training Course that was conducted at the “Banjica 2” Barracks in Belgrade.
 
During the two-week training course, mainly through practical exercises, staff officers were trained additionally to perform a wide range of tasks as operational bodies at commands, units and military institutions.
 
They improved their knowledge related to, among other things, work planning, military decision-making, organisation of readiness and alert measures, security of military facilities, planning and implementation of controls, analysis and keeping operational records in the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces.
 
The conduct of such courses improves staff officers’ skills in performing efficiently operational tasks, which are of vital importance for combat readiness and the daily functioning of the commands, units and institutions of the Serbian Armed Forces.
