Tour of units of the Serbian Armed Forces in the Vranje garrison
Deputy Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff Lieutenant General Želimir Glišović has visited today part of the units of the 4th Army Brigade and Communications Brigade in the Vranje garrison.
During the tour, he inspected the organization of life and work in these units of the Serbian Armed Forces, the state of affairs, capabilities and execution of the most important tasks.
General Glišović had the opportunity to see for himself the excellent training of members of the 4th Brigade for the combat use of modernised self-propelled howitzers and modern missile systems for anti-aircraft operations.
In the continuation of the tour, he visited a separate facility in the vicinity of Vranje where members of the Communications Brigade carry out the responsible tasks of providing telecommunications and IT services for the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces.
During the tour, the Deputy Chief of General Staff was accompanied by the Deputy Army Commander Major General Zoran Dragićević and Head of Telecommunications and Information Technology Directorate (J-6) Brigadier General Mile Vitezović.
