Soldiers’ individual skills tested
Basic individual skills of the youngest soldiers enlisted into the ranks of the Serbian Armed Forces are being tested at basic training centres in Sombor and Leskovac.
The goal of this evaluation, the first one for the September 2024 intake, is to determine the soldiers’ ability to independently carry out tactics and procedures on the battlefield, to properly handle weapons and military equipment, and to perform interior guard and facility security duties.During the evaluation, the soldiers solved tactical problems, which required the use of the knowledge and skills acquired during the first phase of the first period of military service, which was conducted over the past month and a half at the Training Command centres. The evaluation results show that they have fully mastered the training content and confirms that the training was well planned and executed.
The soldiers will now be transferred to specialized training centres, where they will receive training for their respective MOS, followed by collective task training and active involvement in the life and work of the Serbian Armed Forces’ units until the end of their military service.
