Visit to SAF units in Kruševac Garrison
The Deputy Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff, Lieutenant General Želimir Glišović, visited the units of the Army and the Training Command at the Car Lazar Barracks in Kruševac today.
During the visit, he inspected the organization of life and work in the Rasina Brigade, the Logistics Training Centre, CBRN Training Centre and the 246th CBRN Battalion and received reports from the commanders of these units on the state of affairs, capabilities and the execution of primary tasks.General Glišović also visited the CBRN and logistics training facilities and Rasina Brigade’s technical workshop. He was able to see firsthand the top quality training received by the members of the 246th CBRN Battalion, who are responsible for protecting the Serbian Armed Forces against nuclear and chemical accidents, as well as the training course for future instructors who will be delivering individual specialized training to quartermaster service members.
The Deputy Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff was accompanied by Deputy Army Commander Major General Zoran Dragićević and Chief of Staff of the Training Command Colonel Milovan Vasić.
