Statement

Regarding the fake and sensationalist news published by certain media outlets about an allegedly serious traffic accident involving a vehicle of the Serbian Armed Forces, the Ministry of Defence wishes to state that there was a minor accident at about 3 p.m. today on the local road between Ćuprija and the Pasuljanske Livade training area near Senjski Rudnik, involving an ambulance of the Serbian Armed Forces and a civilian truck.

Nobody was injured in the accident, and the military vehicle’s rearview mirror was damaged.

The Ministry of Defence urges the media not to alarm the public by spreading unverified information.
