Minister Gašić meets with Ambassador of Greece Levanti



Minister of Defence Bratislav Gašić met today with the Ambassador of the Hellenic Republic to Serbia, H.E. Maria Levanti.
On that occasion, Minister Gašić emphasized that “the relations between Serbia and Greece are traditionally good and that they provide a solid base for the development of overall bilateral cooperation that has been maintained since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries 145 years ago”.
The meeting discussed future high-level meetings that would contribute to strengthening the overall relations between the two countries.
Both sides agreed that an official visit from the Minister of National Defence of Greece to Serbia in the coming period would reaffirm the two countries’ commitment to improving bilateral relations between the two ministries and provide an opportunity to initiate cooperation in new areas of mutual interest.
