Braničevo Brigade conducts exercise
The Command of the Braničevo Brigade is conducting Exercise Fire Wall 2024 at the Serbian Armed Forces’ Simulations Training Centre in Belgrade.
This computer-assisted exercise is designed to improve the ability of this territorial brigade’s command to plan, organize and carry out a defensive operation.
In this scenario-based training, officers and NCOs are practicing staff procedures used in the military decision-making process and solving tactical situations they might face in real-world combat operations. The exercise also serves to test the knowledge of the rules of employment of territorial forces on operations, as well as the cooperation with the Army, Air Force and Air Defence units and civilian actors.
Computer-assisted exercises are an important form of practical training conducted by the Serbian Armed Forces’ commands. Such exercises provide an opportunity for staff officers and unit commands to improve their ability to plan and conduct combat operations, using the minimum amount of material resources.
