Visit to SAF units in Zaječar Garrison



Deputy Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff Lt. Gen. Želimir Glišović visited Army and Training Command units at the “Nikola Pašić” barracks in Zaječar today.
  He inspected the organization of life and work at the Timok Brigade and the 31st and 32nd Infantry Battalions of the 3rd Army Brigade and was briefed by the commanders on the situation, capabilities and execution of major tasks in their respective units.
 
Later during the visit, General Glišović had the opportunity to ascertain the quality of training for the crews and operators of the Kornet anti-tank missile systems and Lazar 3 armoured combat vehicles, as well as the training activities carried out by the landing teams of the 6x6 MRAP armoured personnel carriers.
  The Deputy Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff was accompanied on his tour by Deputy Commander of the Army Maj. Gen. Slađan Stamenković, Commander of the 3rd Army Brigade Col. Dragan Antić, and Chief of Staff of the Training Command HQ Col. Milovan Vasić.
