Military Police training
Professional members of the Army MP units are currently undergoing intensive training using the assets and equipment that have recently entered service.
The training aims to prepare officers and soldiers to handle high-risk situations competently and to improve the ability of MP units to fulfil missions and tasks assigned to them.The trainees are focusing on the tactics and procedures for providing counter-terrorism protection, securing areas and routes and protecting specific persons and military facilities, all the while making sure that appropriate measures and actions are taken and MP authorities are exercised.
These units perform general MP duties and are in charge of security matters in the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces. They are equipped with modern assets and weapons of domestic and foreign production, which, along with the continuous training process, high morale and commitment of their personnel, help them efficiently perform the duties and tasks imposed on them by law, other regulations and commanders' orders.
